X-FIGHTERS 'MADRID'

Take Acer Arena, mix 40 semi trailer loads of dirt, tracking vehicles, hot head cranes, 2 x 35mm film cameras, 65 digital stills cameras rigged to a massive tri truss and hung 50 feet in the air, and 2 of the worlds best freestyle FMX riders, and this is what you get.

The TVC was produced for Red Bull through Kastner & Partners in Europe. Simon Hammond won a gold ACS award for his cinematography.

WONDERBRA 'THIEF'

A Wonderbra commercial without a girl -the agency decided to leave that to the imagination. You can imagine my disappointment when I read the script. ‘Thief’ was a finalist in The London International advertising awards and featured on BBC’s best ads on T.V. Probably would have won a gold Lion at Cannes if only there was a girl…

WINDEX 'SHARP'

I love the simplicity of this idea, and having a stunt man hurl himself through a sugar glass door while three 35mm cameras burned through film at 150 frames per second, was tons of fun.

STARHUB 'A DOGS LIFE'

Never work with kids and animals… Well, I’ve done my fair share of both. Produced for DDB Singapore, where Sparky the dog was somewhat of a celebrity, this TVC was his big come back, and surprisingly, the little fella was a real pleasure to work with.

RED BULL AIR RACE 'WORLD SERIES'

This TVC for the Air Race World Series was shot in Budapest for Red Bull international, through Kastner & Partners Frankfurt, just before the famous Budapest race. We used cranes, planes and helicopters to capture the action. I love the final shot where the Red Bull plane dives under the chain bridge and we fly over. The helicopter pilot was amazing. Got it 1st take.
